Return Policy

All sales made through the online Andreea Bodnari store are final. Andreea Bodnari Inc. will not accept returns of any kind.

In the event of damage done by the shipping carrier to items bought from the online Andreea Bodnari Store, the studio will work towards a replacement of the item. Full replacements at no-cost to the customer will only be issued if the customer is able to provide the necessary documentation for an insurance claim with the carrier. 

Andreea Bodnari Inc. will only issue refunds in the event that damaged orders absolutely cannot be replaced, despite full efforts from the customer and studio.
